Today we welcome girls from Mayo and Galway who are representing their school at half time in exhibition games.  This is the first time that mini games have taken place at half time in the provincial final and Cumann Peil Gael Connacht na mBan wish to thank the members of Cumann na mBunscol for their assistance in organizing today’s activities.  In total over two hundred and forty schools involving girls participate in Cumann na mBunscol activities during the year.  Great credit must go to the teachers and coaches that give these girls the opportunity to play Ladies Gaelic Football and maybe some day they will have the opportunity to represent their county at senior level.
